What this app is

Gimnex Social is a private, internal tool used by our own team to schedule and publish posts to social media accounts that we own or manage, read comments and reviews on them, and see their statistics. It is not offered to the public and nobody can sign up.

Data we access

When a team member connects a social account, we receive an access token from that platform and the account's public profile (name, ID). Using it we store: posts we publish, their public engagement counts (likes, comments, shares, views), follower counts, and comments, mentions or reviews left on our own posts and pages, including the commenter's public display name.

How we use it

Only to publish our content, reply to people who engage with our accounts, and measure performance. We do not sell or share data with anyone, use it for advertising profiles, or combine it with other sources.

YouTube and Google data

Gimnex Social uses the YouTube API Services. When a team member connects a YouTube channel we use it only to: upload videos the team has created (with title, description and privacy setting), read the channel's public statistics (subscribers, views, video count), list the channel's own recent videos, and read and reply to comments on those videos. Connecting a Google Business Profile lets us publish local posts and read and reply to reviews on our own business listings.

By using the YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Google/YouTube data is stored on our own server only for as long as the channel stays connected and is refreshed at least every 30 days. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google security settings page (Third-party apps & services → Path Social → Remove access). When access is revoked or the channel is disconnected in the app, we delete its tokens and stored YouTube data within 30 days. We do not use cookies or similar technologies to collect information from YouTube users, and we do not share YouTube data with any third party.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our own server. Access tokens are encrypted. Only signed-in team members can see the app.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting an account in the app deletes its tokens and everything stored for it. If you commented on one of our posts and want your comment data removed from our system, or want to revoke access, email pathorientstudyabroad@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days. You can also remove the app at any time from your platform's settings (for Facebook: Settings → Business integrations).
